Pronouncing The Divine Name An Explanation

Pronouncing The Divine Name An Explanation
Monsignor Pedro Lopez-Gallo, of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Vancouver, explains why the Catholic Church is not allowing the divine name YHWH to be adjacent in the liturgy. He wrote:

The summary of the Septuagint was innate by the quick Christians, and the Fathers of the Church habitually cast-off this classical. As mentioned by the document, they achieve that inside this pre-Christian era, the four Hebrew letters YHWH were translated as the Greek word Kyrios, which intermediate Lord.

The Vatican, as a consequence, in suppression the document, uses the defiance of tradition and the theological meaning of God as revealed by Christ, as the One and Triune God.

At the moment, purely octogenarian priests lift up that in the former breviary, the prayer book of priests, was the declaration of confidence called Quicumque, meaning Whoever, which said:

"Whoever requirements to be saved necessitate hope that this is the Catholic faith: We honor one God in Trinity, and Trinity in unity; neither confusing the persons nor dividing the compound. The three persons: Get going, Son, and Saintly Essence, are precise, but they stick one Godhead, the same ceremony, and co-eternal grandeur...."

The Apostles' Faith which we tell on Sundays is the same: "I hope in God, the Get going Almighty, Creator of paradise and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His purely Son, Our Lord," and taking into consideration, "I hope in the Saintly Essence."

So continues this greatest elegant and grave declaration on the Saintly Trinity, that is not included in the four Hebrew letters YHWH.

To me, to ban the accent of the divine name equally it does not state the Saintly Trinity, is not good theology. If the God of the New Headstone is the dreadfully God of the Old Headstone, subsequently the intent of the Trinity, as not certain in the divine name, is unsaid in the form of the God of the Bible The dreadfully "I AM" ( ) of Exodus 3:14 is the dreadfully "I AM" ( ) of John 8:24.
