Adventures In Oz

Adventures In Oz
Adventures in Oz (founded on and lasting the magical Oz stories by L. Orderly Baum) by Eric Shanower.* Come to provided by publisher IDW Publishing. Opportunity new-found.

THE PLOT: Five stories direct the adventures of Dorothy fans of the book strength of mind love it.

THE GOOD: A poised book; I valued the upset of the pages, the bouncy colors.

I love the adventures, and that it is a continuation of the book Oz. Being I love movies, one of the troubles with movies of teen and kids books is that evenly it leaves a "younger" recital in people's minds; Oz is not a "tot" book or a time kid book.

The five stories: The Magnetism Apples of Oz; The Private Islet of Oz; The Ice Ruler of Oz; The Ancient Timber of Oz; The Blue Witch of Oz.

I admit to say, it's been being and being for the reason that I read the initial Oz books; but in 3rd to 5th grades, I acclaimed them. (testimony to self: equally you admit time, reread the books.) So I cannot say for undeniable if the dialect is Baum-like. Regardless, roughly are some of the quotes I enjoyed:

"I don't reviewer it's a good check over to walk involvement in a stronghold that upright appeared from thin air."

Dorothy: "Are you undeniable this is safe?"

Fainthearted Lion: "My darling, undeniably you know by now that nonexistence is fully benefit."

*Yes, the extraordinarily Eric Shanower of Age of Figurine. I know!
